"This full-service relaxing hotel was delightfully centrally located.
We had a deluxe single room which allowed us to bring in food to make if desired.
the sitting area had a pull-out sofa if needed and the kitchen area had a dining table.
Fully adjustable thermostat was included.
Just minutes from Tesco or walking to the Earl Court or South Kensington tube.
Harrods and Westfield shopping no more than 15-minute walk!
And I can't say enough about the helpful staff or daily delicious full breakfast.
Well worth the stay :)"
"Be clear that this is a budget hotel with TINY rooms, like barely able to get your suitcase in. It’s clean, modern and nicely located but I think the pictures are misleading about how small the rooms are. Each bed only had one pillow, so the amenities are scaled down as well. The only other thing we didn’t love was the touch screen for the lighting, we didn’t figure out the ambient lights were on the first night or how to turn them off which was inconvenient, but we got them off the second night. It’s relatively clean but the hallway smelled like urine the second night"
"Very limited breakfast which was not replenished very often. Staff member at entrance desk to breakfast was not very welcoming, explained everything to guests in front of me but just took my room number and said nothing further. Would have been helpful to get an overview of where to sit, where the buffet etc was "
"Good spot, cute building. I was in a single room at the front of the building on th 3rd floor. Access with lift was very easy, and the room was super cute 'tiny house' design vibes. Perfect for a solo traveller!
Loved the tea and coffee making facilities in the room. And a mini fridge!
The traffic noise at the front of the building was a bit loud but fine with the double-glased windows shut. And they provide ear plugs.
However I had to have the windows open - the building gets blasted by sun all day, probably lovely in winter but on a 25 degree spring day, this room was hot! No AC, but the fan helped. Fine for me as it cooled down the next day, but I wouldnt want to be here in a London heatwave!
Also I know it's part of the whole Bob W 'vibe', but the keyless/phone access is so annoying. Having to open the app/webpage everytime you want to get into your room is a drag. "
"The double bed room assigned was smaller than I expected. I guess I could have made a mistake by not using a queen size room. The sink was a little bit clogged so water didn’t run through quickly so I had to wait in between usage. Toilet paper roll always jumped off from the rack, which was annoying."
