Hotel lobby is located on the 36th floor and hotel rooms are located between 37 and 63 floors. Restaurants and cafes are located on 36 and 64/65th floors. Our stay at the 2 bedroom residence suite was beyond our expectations. It has full kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils/pots/pans and so on. "Liked the amenities of having a mini kitchen, washer and dryer , room was big , bathroom was big , beds were comfortable . Front desk was helpful . What we did not appreciate was those staff standing by the door or entrance would not even offer to help with the luggage’s seeing us having a difficult time hauling thru the front entrance , we stayed at Park Hyatt Seoul and Grand Josun Busan and Hotel Intercontinental Gangnam and they see us struggling with our luggage’s , they meet us even outside...

"Located at the center of all dinings, transportations and shopping options. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Stayed at the Conrad Seoul before this hotel but Sheraton hotel had a much better breakfast option. Strongly recommend to friends."
