「とても素敵なホテルでした！！ まだ新しいホテルなので、設備は非常に新しく、とってもきれいでした。 スタッフの方々も総じてフレンドリーで笑顔で接してくださり、とても好印象でした。 基本はオールインクルーシブですが、一部別料金メニューもあるので要注意です。 朝食メニューも豊富で、ロケーションも素晴らしく、大満足でした！ また是非訪れたいホテルです。 ビーチやレストランの景観も非常に美しく、最高でした！ 唯一マイナス点を挙げるならば、夜にルームサービスの相談をし、スタッフが部屋まで来てくれることになったものの、待てども待てども誰も訪れて来るることはなかった点です。」

「シャワーの水量が物足りない。 朝食ブッフェは美味しいが、夕食のイタリアンレストラン(レストランは計3つあり)のクオリティが低すぎる。 それ以外は大満足です。」

「This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. Every detail was considered e.g. The toiletries were top notch and the room had everything you could need including beach blankets beach bags, umbrellas, steamer for your clothes.The list is endless. The pool areas ( there where several) were comfortable relaxing and clean and there were several activities, games and excursons. The Spa is amazing and the gym had everything one...

「Staffs were very friendly and we stayed very comfortably. Thank you very much. On the other hand, we had to reserve some restaurants for dinner and they were almost full every day. It was very difficult to reserve them. We hope to improve this situation.」

「We had a wonderful 3-night stay at LUX at the end of May — the place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made our experience truly special.
