クリオネリダの五つ星ホテル

「It was a great stay. The staff was amazing and the place was so clean.」

「Staff were extremely pleasant and generally very helpful, although offers of help were sometimes not followed through on (actuallyreturning with a requested 2nd cup of coffee, blanket, etc). Important for travelers to recognize that this is a decidedly kid – friendly resort. This can be a positive or negative thing since things can get pretty chaotic and noisy, particularly in the dining areas at meal time. If you’re looking for a little less chaotic atmosphere it might be worth checking out...

「The setting was beautiful. The staff were always willing to help. The food was excellent. I would highly recommend Minoa Palace」

「Very happy with the service & staff at this hotel!」

「The location was very good, Staff were friendly and helpful. I like the hot tub however if the pool with heated water will be much better」

「Todo estuvo muy bueno, la atención, el personal, la comida y las diferentes actividades que ofrecen, lo mejor de todo es su jefe Aqua, siempre muy amable y servicial.」

「We had an incredible time! The team helped us book activities, suggested plans based on our interests, were extremely kind and welcoming and the room and amenities were spectacular. To top it off the food was incredible! The breakfast greek yogurt with fruit and granola was my favorite ever. We cant wait to go back!」

「Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel.

「Very nice boutique hotel. Definitely worth and will come back.」

The night before there were no cocktails at the bar because they had no shaker?! A member of staff told us they would send someone to...

「Great hotel with amazing amenities. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s walking distance from the city centre.」

「The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The hotel is amazing, a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation by the beach. Highly recommend!」

「The hotel was great lots to do there Water slides were amazing Children ate free in the afternoon Drinks are a bit pricey」

「Sehr gut」

「BEAUTIFUL MAINTAINED GROUNDS. FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. WE HAD A PARTIAL SEA VIEW BUNGALOW - THE VIEW WAS GOOD & BUNGALOWS ARE LOCATED IN A QUITE PART OF THE RESORT. LOVED OUR BALCONY ( RM 30). MAIN CRITICISM OF THE ROOM IS THE OVER BATH SHOWER. WHOEVER PLANNED PUTTING THE TAPS IN THE CENTRE OF THE BATH AS WELL AS THE WIRE RACK & SOAP DISPENSERS HAS NEVER TRIED TO STAND TAKING A SHOWER IN THE BATH WHILST FIGHTING THE PLASTIC SHOWER SHEET - IT IS DANGEROUS . I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW HEAVIER / LARGER...
