「- Brandnew property and architectural highlight - Nice staff and no long waiting time during breakfast for coffee and fresh orange juice - Directly located at the beach with a nice beach bar - The room with the pool and sea view is absolutely perfect - Gym was clean and useful - Location good and in walking distance to the centre of Kos - Thanks to Dora at the reception for the warm welcome :-) - We will definitely come back!」

「Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

「I travelled with my girl friend and we spent 6 amazing days at the Koia. One of the highlights was the staff - very good service and super kind & friendly. I rarely say this, but this is a case where our expectations were truly surpassed. This is an amazingly beautiful & relaxed hotel, the food is delicious and we enjoyed very nice live music. 「Siamo stati al Mitsis Ramira con le nostre bambine di 9 anni e 5 mesi, ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutta la settimana! La camera era molto spaziosa, composta dalla camera principale in cui stava comodamente anche il lettino della piccola e la cameretta dalla grande, entrambe le camere erano dotate di tv e condizionatore. Unica nota “negativa” il bagno non finestrato, ma comunque di ampie dimensioni. Frigo bar gratuito e sempre rifornito. Ristorante sempre aperto con diverse proposte, l’hotel...
