「Overall, a very nice hotel and I was happy with my stay. I also appreciated the fact that I was there during my birthday and to my surprise, i found a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit in my room with a birthday greeting! I would book again if/when i visit Kos again. 」

「What an amazing place! The people were wonderful the service was great and the spa and rooms were gorgeous! Views to die for. Food was some of the best I’ve ever had! Just amazing. Love that there are different dinners every night. Gives you the Michelin feel. Ahmed was amazing. He was always there to help and sorted everything out for us. We will be returning!!」

「Very nice hotel with very good facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We spent 3 days at D' Andrea Lagoon with our small team for a meeting and had a great time with lots of fun. Maria and Anna were particularly helpful in helping us book activities. Many thanks to the team at D' Andrea Lagoon, we would love to come back!」

「The staff were incredibly accommodating in our arrival, transporting services and departure. The dining was great. Each staff member took time to ensure we were cared for. The upgrade was amazing. This hotel is luxurious, beautiful and pure serenity. What a lovely place this is!」

「Die Lage der Anlage ist toll. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt jedoch nicht. Bei unserem Urlaub sind so viele Dinge schief gelaufen, sodass wir am Ende einfach nur total enttäuscht waren. Wir kommen nicht wieder.」

「I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same...

「Personal durchwegs sehr höflich und hilfsbereit! Die "A la Cart" Restaurants sind super toll! Auch die Strandbar. Der Strand ist sauber und das Wasser glasklar! Wer es ruhig will, ist in dieser Familienanlage am falschen Ort. 」

「The staff were very lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. The only negative was the Spar changing room and showers as drains blocked and shower water comes into changing area floor.」

「Loved the lay out of the hotel especially the rooms leading straight out onto the pool. A small hotel which suited us for a few days stay. The restaurant staff were exceptional. I have a dietary intolerance and they went out of their way to make sure I knew what was safe to eat. They were always smiling and friendly. The only downside which wasn’t clear on the website is that the beach is on the other side of the road. Would love to return to this hotel 」

Room were cleaned everyday free bottles of water…entertainment in the evening all meals had a dish for all, not friendly for people who have disabilities walking very hilly ,lots of stairs」
