Very well kept apartment hotel in traditional greek style in a quite surrounding in Kardamena. Good breakfast, nice pool. Kosta is always there and helps you out if there are any questions. We‘ll come back.

Sehr freundliches Personal und gepflegte Hotelanlage. Das am ehesten zu kritisierende sind die anderen Kunden, die ihren Müll liegen gelassen haben. Hier hätte das Personal häufiger sauber machen können. Sehr bequeme Betten! Die Qualität des Essens und Trinkens war gut. Nur Mittags, gab es gefühlt immer das Gleiche.

Kamer; heel ruim, zeer schoon, heerlijk bed, blij dat er keuze was tussen formaat kussens. dat lamp bij het bed niet geschikt is om te lezen. Badkamer: ruim, schoon. Vind het onhandig en niet veilig om gel & shampoo niet bij de kraan te hebben. Kleine flesjes zouden handiger zijn dan de niet verplaatsbare grote. Restaurant: bediening heel vriendelijk, snel in bijschenken, aanbod maaltijden eenzijdig. Weinig Grieks eten en toen er eindelijk gyros was, was het om half 8 al op. Fitness: is buiten, niet veel keuze maar wel goede en vriendelijke instructeurs. Jammer dat aquafitness in het koude bad was. Strand: heerlijk ruime bedjes maar niet al te veel beschutting. Met zo veel wind zouden zelfs windschermen het aangenamer maken. De zee is heerlijk maar -persoonlijk- houd in niet van kiezelstranden, Geef mij maar zand. Wij hebben een auto gehuurd, steps en fiets: alles prima geregeld en soepel afgehandeld.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr guter Service. Das Hotel selbst ist leider in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr alte Dusche, fleckige Polster, fleckige Schränke. Animation leider nur teilweise vorhanden. Wir wollten Boccia um die Zeit die auf dem Animationsplan angekündigt war spielen, uns wurde lediglich der Spielplan gezeigt. Wir mussten selbst herausfinden wo die restliche Animation stattfand. Cocktails und Essen waren hervorragend. Wir haben ein tolles Upgrade für das Zimmer erhalten. Abendprogramm war 2 Tage hintereinander sehr ähnlich mit teilweise gleichen Songs, aber wir mochten die Songs. Outside Gym war toll. Insgesamt eher 4 Sterne.

Overall,good hospitality, friendly staff, good service, clean room.The reason I give 3 star is that the standards of the hotel is not even close to a 5 star hotel: limited buffet, moderate room design ( bathroom with shower curtains, no toilet air circulation system) , it is a miracle to find space around pool ( space is not sufficient). So if you adjust your expectations accordingly, you wouldn’t be disappointed. Sea is very wavy, beach area is not well maintained ( sun beds) A couple of good highlights: waffles and creeps served were delicious. The Magic show in one of nights was really fun. The waiters around pool are always friendly and kind.

Yemekleri inanılmaz kötü bardakları kokuyor oda temizliği denen bir şey yok. Otel transferini kullanmak istedik bir yerde taksi bulamamıştık. Telefonda çok fahiş ücret söylediler mecburen kabul ettik. 5 gün konakladık 5 gün aç kaldık diyebilirim. Yorumların iyi olmasına aldanmayın muhtemelen yorum yazdırıyorlar. Denizi inanılmaz rüzgarlı profesyonel olsanız dahi giremezsiniz.

Our experience with this hotel was terrible due to the staff's attitude towards guests. Unless you start raising your voice and demanding, you won't get anything. Even when providing all the payment documents and specifying which room was booked, they place you in a room you never expected! They completely ignore all complaints. I travel a lot from the U.S., but I have never encountered such rude behavior from staff! One more detail. A taxi from the port to the hotel costs 10 euros, but from the hotel to the port it’s 13 euros, and they add 6+ people to your ride. I consider this pure exploitation due to the hotel's monopoly. Save your money and find a small hotel when you can get delicious local food This property will completely destroy your mood and desire to come back!

The location of the hotel was excellent. The family room with own pool, worked really nicely for our family of four. The beach is accessible and family friendly. Nice walk or 15 min bike ride away from along the coastline to Cos town.

Nice location, good pools, nice beach. Good and fresh drinks at bars. Especially good service at Main Bar next to the pool. Buffet is low standard for lunch and dinner. From a 5 star resort one would expect significantly higher standard-no variety, not good display and not tasty. Specialty restaurants were nice and tasty.

Das Hotel, Personal ist super. Der Strand Top und in 1-2 Minuten vom Hotel erreichbar👍👍👍 Das Essen, für jeden was dabei und für Buffet echt lecker. All Inklusive funktioniert top. Einzig die Einrichtung der Zimmer vorallem Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Fantastiskt hotell med massa olika grenar eller utrymmen man kunde vistas i. 3 bassänger och 1 av de med rutschkana för barnen. God mat och varierande mat varje dag. Skulle önska lite mer pizza eller chicken nuggets till barnen.

The hotel is ready great and all the staff are really nice and friendly. Good selection of drinks and food. Rooms are dated but still nice. Swimming pools are great. Beach is not great stones and sea was always very rough.
