「Absolutely perfect stay. Their attention to detail is incredible. The complimentary afternoon tea was unexpected and a beautiful touch. Breakfast on your private veranda was lovely with the most fantastic view. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Knysna.」

「Booked to stay here for 2 nights after reading the reviews and we are so glad we did. From the moment we checked in and being greeted in the lounge with a drink and then being escorted to our room was such a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful and we wished we could have just stayed here for the 2 days and relaxed but we had plans in Knysna and Plettenberg. 「我們很滿意這次入住Fancourt hotel四晚，這裡是打高爾夫球的天堂，有三個一流球場，還有附近一小時車程內有好幾個不錯好球場。我們享受旅館優質服務和印度洋邊的高爾夫球場。 唯一讓我們非常困擾的事，旅館在我們入住前通知我們要變更我們預訂的房型，從Manor house 變成Fancourt hotel的單房套間，這個改變徒增我們這次旅行的擔心和困擾，對Fancourt hotel預訂部門的做法，感到令人失望。」
