Los números de teléfono para llamar no funcionan, nadie los atiende, la asistencia al cliente vía Email, es decepcionante, Expedia me ayudo a contactarlos pero fue imposible.」

「The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. 「I had no contact with anyone that worked there. The only thing I can say is I’ve never stayed at place in Orlando where the house was that dirty. The carpets were absolute filthy. There’s no way anybody has cleaned those carpets in the last century. The main bedroom en suite the shower curtain was disgusting. There was a mattress in the closet for a crib that had pee stains on it, and you couldn’t even hang your clothes because the mattress was in the way. Filthy!」

「This home was excellent and easy to find. this location felt very safe, and when I entered, I was impressed- Wow, such a beautiful and comfortable home. The house rules were clear, and everything was organized. A few lights were not working, but it was not a big issue. i especially loved the pool and the gym. I really enjoyed them during our stay. 「This home was exactly as the pictures and more. It was beautiful and perfect size for my family. The pool was also perfect when we didn’t want to be in the crowds anymore at the resorts. Wonder vacation homes were amazing hosts and took great care of all of our questions 」

「It was close to everything you need from a grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable as well had enough for everybody sleep comfy. The only 2 things that was not to our satisfaction was the pool we didn’t get to use it cuz it had way to much chlorine in it. The other thing was 1 of the bedrooms fans was not working and that was the side the sun would hit and it was to hot in the room. We did send a message about it but nothing was done.
