"THE UNIT IS LOCATED IN A BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD, WITH LOTS OF RESTAURANTS , CAFE AND CLOSE TO TRAIN STATTION. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE WAS A CONSTANT NOISE AT THE UNIT THAT MADE US LOOSE HOURS OF SLEEP. IN ADDITION, SINCE THE BEDROOMS ARE UNDER STREET LEVEL, THERE IS TOO MUCH HUMIDITY FOR A HEALTH STAY. A TECHNICIAN WAS REQUESTED TO LOOK INTO THE NOISE AND ARRIVED, ONLY TO FIND NO SOLUTION. AGENTS RESPONSE WAS NOT AS QUICKLY AS NEEDED.."
