「I give a 3 star rating in the facility area as the beds and pillows fealt like I was sleeping on building site materials. The bed was solid like what I’d imagine sleeping on a concrete block would be like and the pillows were like sand bags. So uncomfortable I hardly slept but that aside I couldn’t fault the place otherwise」

「Absolutely loved this accomodation. Beautiful refurbishment, the room was stunning with modern industrial style. I got the church view room and it was stunning honestly. Breakfast was included, you choose your order and time when checking in. It was delicious, honestly the best scrambled eggs I've ever had! Amazing value for the price, perfect location.」

「Lovely quirky place with a very friendly, helpful manager. Our room was OK, rather basic but overall nice and clean. There are no breakfast facilities so it means a drive into Yarm - tho it's a really lovely town. The pub is very close by and does do evening meals. 」

「Lodge was beautiful massive very well maintained, a lot of items included which was surprised about had own Bose system included. Beautiful surrounding. Only recommendation would be to take own toilet roll ha ha, dependant on stay would definitely go again.」

「It is a large and spacious apartment, ideal for a family stay but there were one or two issues with equipment not working. I reported them and was assured that when we had vacated the property they would be fixed. The property has recently had some redecoration and it is quality.」

「Well. What strange accommodation. Booked 2 nights about 3 weeks prior to going. When we arrive nobody there. We rang and got told she didn’t realise we were staying then admitted she hadn’t checked any emails. We were told to go next door to get her elderly mum to come and unlock. Her lovely mum bless her had shall we say had memory problems. Anyway. We were sitting in her house being baby sat by an old lady as we weren’t aloud in house by ourselves. This was the first break we had this year....

「Beautiful cottage, picked this as it was all on one level, for my disabled mother. Property was spacious and beautifully decorated. Great outdoor space too. Was nice to see the alpacas and also the friendly dog. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.」

「Weekend vacation with family of 4 and pet dog. Couldn’t of asked for anything better. Lovely clean, spacious, comfortable well decorated property. Great location a stones throw from the beach. Parking can be a little tricky due to people visiting the beach. Would definitely stay again and would be happy to recommend. 」
