「お部屋はエアコン、扇風機、暖房などが設置されており、快適に過ごせました。お掃除も毎日綺麗にされておりました。お部屋の広さはスーツケースを十分広げられる大きさでした。 朝食も大変美味しかったです。駅からも近いですし、スーパーやショップなども徒歩圏です。 落ち着いたレストランなども近くにあり、立地的には便利だと思います。また宿泊したいです。」

「Lovely attentive, helpful.and very patient staff. Our bed was really comfortable. Our room did look over the cathedral, which does mean the bells do wake you up at 7am! Still, it is lovely to be close to this amazing, historic building. Location amongst individual shops, which are a bit different, the cathedral and the castle is a real bomus.」

「Very clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and polite. Everything seemed great although Sunday night is popular in the pool with kids so less relaxing and burger in the bar was dry and overdone with a burnt bun, edible but if I was less hungry would have sent it back.」

「A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era). The initial lack of signage for the car park had us almost parking out the front in a car park full of pot holes but as we got out we realised the car park was round...

「Booked an executive room to stay whilst visiting friends, free parking on site was a bonus with bus stop right outside to go into city. Check in efficient and reception team all friendly and accommodating to help with information. Had a nice room at the front of building on first floor, spacious with a lovely big bath and shower. Bar and breakfast area looked comfortable but we didn't use as out and about. Would stay again. 」

「My husband and I would like to recommend, in the highest terms, Sam, who seemed to be in charge of everything. She was cool, calm and extremely efficient. We were very impressed with her, from the fact that she changed our room so that we would be less disturbed by the inevitable functions that were on at the time of our stay, to remembering what we like to drink and being so cheerful and friendly at all times. 「チェックインフォームに入力すれば部屋番号がメールで送られてくるという旨の自動メールが送られて来るが、チェックインフォームが一向に送られて来ない。 メールで催促しても返信は結局送られて来なかった。 当日ホテルに向かうが入り口など大変わかりづらい。 ようやく部屋が並ぶスペースに到達するも、レセプションもなく野外で途方に暮れる。 夜なので気付きにくかったが電話番号が外壁に書かれてあり、そこに電話するとパスポートの写真をSMSで送れとリクエストがあり、やっと部屋番号を入手できました。 夜遅い到着で寒く風邪気味だったので大変な思いをしました。 実は同様の口コミがあることを後になって知りました。 またその他の口コミにある様に部屋の内装に関してもソファなどシミが目立ちます。 服のハンガーをかけるポールが破損して傾いていました。 部屋の暗証番号がたったの4桁で、かつ部屋のドアまで外部からアクセス可能なのでセキュリティ的にとても不安でした。レストランと共通の門にも同様のセキュリティがあるはずなのですがロックがかかっていない状態でした。 ただ天窓から見える教会は綺麗でした。」
