「We upgraded to a superior room. Enjoyed the fridge and contents, coffee machine, robes, slippers etc. The decor was nice however there were stains on the curtains and the bathroom door had a chunk of wood out of it which didn't leave the best impression especially as it was an upgraded room #332. We used the leisure facilities. The pool was immaculate, however neither the sauna nor steam room were working (Nov 26) which spoilt it for us. The first night we dined in the restaurant and the...

「Our room was spacious, and being on the top floor, it had a great view. We ordered room service, and it was delivered promptly, making our stay very comfortable. We also appreciated having slippers in the room, which made it even more relaxing. The only minor downside was that the shower pressure was a bit weak. Otherwise, we had an excellent stay.」

「Good option for one night's stay, we had a Deluxe King room which was a decent size with a very comfortable enormous bed. The bathroom was drab and dated but a good size and perfectly functional. There was, however, a musty smell in the room and there was no way to open the windows in either the bathroom or bedroom to air the place which was frustrating. I would not want to be here in the summer as there was only a working desk fan and disconnected/not working ceiling fan.」

「Great stay many thanks. Nice property but please keep it refurbed and up to date. Needs aircon for the summer, fans good but too hot as windows cannot be fully opened. Great service in the bar/restaurant but needs Guinness back rather than Caffreys Stout! Will miss the lamb skewers from new menu but the new sticky chicken ones are also good. That said a tad less bbq sauce would be ideal.」

「**Disappointing Cleanliness and Swimming Pool Facilities, but Helpful Staff** We recently stayed at the Sandman Signature Quays Hotel Sheffield. Unfortunately, although there were some positive aspects to our stay, a few things really disappointed us. When we checked into our room, the cleanliness was not up to standard. There was hair on the floor and in the bath, and we also found leftover peanuts under the table, most likely from previous guests. This gave us the impression that the room had...

「Parked at the Novotel around the corner, yourparkingspace app was just under £12 for 24 hours. Body wash in the shower was empty, reception said they'd sort it. Minor niggle, but very nice well located hotel with very good spa facilities and friendly staff.」

「Fantastic」

「Big spacious rooms with enough room for a family of 4 in a room with 3 beds. Very clean and tidy and updated hotel. Bar on site was excellent, food was great...can get busy so book a table if you can.」

「No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.」
