「Great location with lovely view over the bay and short walk to town, restaurants, taxis to beaches, etc. Spacious room. Good swimming and snorkeling off their platform (can rent equipment from their shop) as well as nice pool with decks overlooking the bay. 」

「The room was very clean and had great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly. The space is beautiful and charming. Bartender and Restaurant staff were exceptional and the food was amazing. My only piece of feedback would be to add some lounge chairs near the pool. But next time I come back to St Thomas there is no doubt I’m staying at Hotel 1829! 」

「The location is excellent. Communication with the host was also great throughout our time there. The stove look liked it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The underneath the toilet was also pretty dirty. Like they forget to clean it after a few others guests. Be prepared for routine power outages on the island for conservation. And rooster are everywhere.」

Unfortunately we experienced several power outages (one over 24hrs) water outages and no internet connection for most of our trip. 「We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. The first vacation in a while where nobody wanted to leave!
