「Everyone on the staff is excellent, and the food delicious. We have stayed before and will again. The gardens are a treat, so well looked after, and the gardener is such an asset, we had good conversations with him about his work, and his ethos for the garden, many ideas to take home. 」

「Fabulous breakfast」

「Beautiful victorian buildings which was so tastefuly decorated and so luxurious. Our bedroom no.5 was stunning and loved the wall paper. Must find where to purchase. The staff were so friendly and very tentative. It was our anniversary and there was a card left in our room when we arrived, very nice touch. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast which was delicious. Loved the pizzas, lamb and beef burgers all homemade fab. Walked 35 minutes to Gunwalk keys along the sea front lovely strole....

「My stay at Ashbys was great bed was very comfortable, hosts were easy going and friendly, easy access to shops and restaurants. 」

「Excellent place to stay at. In fact I was very surprised to see the dog welcome pack in the room and would recommend to anyone with a dog to stay there. Apart from a stain on pillowcase which didn’t bother me too much, the place was very clean and staff very friendly. Much appreciated for the two night stay. 」

「The hotel had only just opened from being reserved and it was lovely. When we arrived the receptionist kim was very friendly and helpful and told us we had been upgraded. The room was very big with a lovely modern bathroom.We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. I had also already booked another stay in another hotel in the same road for June, which turned out to be the part of the same hotel and where we stayed. They aso own the pub opposite which had been redecorated recently...

「Easy to get to, nice room, lovely bathroom, good car park. Lovely breakfast, only issue our name wasn't on the breakfast list and we were questioned by a staff member, she did let us start eating etc and the later confirmed we were on the list, she had an out of date list, this did make us feel uncomfortable and worried about our booking as we knew we had booked the breakfast.
