"The hotel was old, far different from the pictures on website. Found spider web in all corridor lights, all the way to bathroom lights. Moved bed aside to pick up dropped items and found nightmare of dust and dead roaches. Requested some cutleries and sauce (kecap manis) from the hotel and never heard anything back from the staff ever. Safe to say, I wont be going back to this hotel."

"An outdated hotel with decent condition and service. Room definitely need renovation especially the bathroom as the condition is pretty bad, noisy exhaust fan, broken tap and shower. Had a problem with mosquito and informed the receptionist to get it fixed, but the problem returned the day after.
