「Always a great stay at wildes, the staff are helpful and nothing is to much trouble 」

「ノッティンガム城のすぐ近くです。 駅から歩いて約15分、バスを利用してもバス停から8分ほど歩きます。 但し、駅からはずっと上り坂なので重い荷物を持っていると苦労します。 徒歩10分ほどで町の中心部に行けます。 部屋はとても広くてバスタブもあり、快適な滞在が出来ました。 レセプションスタッフはフレンドリーで部屋の清掃と行き届いていました。 唯一の難点は、Wi-Fiが不安定だったことです。 いつも別のホテルを利用していましたが、次回からはこちらを利用しようと思います。」

「We had a really good stay at this hotel, the breakfast was one of the best we've had, the best selection and very tasty. The evening meal was also beautiful, can't fault any of the food. Family room was large and huge bed, but disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and the shower quality. It was a bit disappointing hearing one of the waitresses at the breakfast entrance talk to the younger staff in a very rude manner. Bit of a chip on her shoulder as all the staff who we seen cleared...

「I always stay at the Lockkeeper when I'm up visiting family. It's clean, comfortable with plenty of parking and excellent wi-fi (I worked from the hotel one day, including video calls). The staff are always welcoming and friendly and I often eat at the pub when I stay. It would be good to have an ashtray by the hotel, the only ashtrays are currently in front of the pub.」

「英語がわからず色々ホテルのアメニティを使いこなせなかったがフロントの方が部屋まで来て丁寧に説明してくれた。忙しい中ご対応いただき大変感謝。居心地もよく大変安心して泊まれました。またノッティンガムに来た時はここに泊まりたいです」

「The house is a very unique house with a deep history set in extensive formal gardens. The staff, particularly in reception and the Restaurant are attentive and very pleasant. The age and design of the house allows functions such as weddings and prom parties to be held without disturbing other guests. It may be a little dog-eared but that seems to add to its charm.」

「The restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly and professional. My only complaints are we asked for two beds but got one and there were no electrical outlets near the bed for plugging in our CPAP machines.」

「お部屋はエアコン、扇風機、暖房などが設置されており、快適に過ごせました。お掃除も毎日綺麗にされておりました。お部屋の広さはスーツケースを十分広げられる大きさでした。 朝食も大変美味しかったです。駅からも近いですし、スーパーやショップなども徒歩圏です。 落ち着いたレストランなども近くにあり、立地的には便利だと思います。また宿泊したいです。」

「Excellent stay and great location. Just needs a detailed clean. Towel had a couple of marks on. Stain down the side of the bed frame. 」
