"Came for a conference and found the hotel complex pretty impressive. Loved the architectural factory aesthetic, lots of restaurants, and while I didn't use the spa/pool others said it was excellent. My room was large and the bed really comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet. I was told I didn't have conditioner or body lotion because to save the environment by having less plastic bottles in the room but some of the other rooms had them and I had to go out and buy these items so their logic is...

"Lovely hotel, in good location. Tram stop right at the front of the hotel which was great for transport to the old town. Very central to the Kazimierz district for nice restaurants and bars. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. We had a very early start one morning for a tour and were provided with an amazing and generous bag for breakfast on the go as we could not attend the breakfast we had paid for. This was excellent. The room was nice. However, the aircon was pretty loud and we had to...
