「Not for children. Let’s start with the Sugar Factory restaurant on site …CLOSED to under 21. Merchandise shop …CLOSED to under 21. Pool… closed to EVERYONE at 8pm. Casino OPEN 24/7. I understand this is a casino hotel, but get with the trends of other casino hotels. The whole hotel stinks of cigarettes. No smoking areas are pretty much no smoking “optional” areas. The good.. nice room, bed, and shower.」

「The hotel was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable with decent pillows. The room we reserved had a jetted tub, which was fantastic. The biggest issue was that there were no later evening dining options. Everything was closed by 9-10 PM so we were unable to get anything to eat when we arrived. Also, just fyi, the saltgrass steakhouse that is advertised is actually not on the property - you have to walk across Highway 90. I’m assuming the dining options stay open later on the weekends, but...

「Spent the night in Biloxi for the first time. Great exciting gaming. Great location which reminds me of Altantic city, there's a Harrahs next to Golden Nugget as well. Room was spacious, nice early morning view of Biloxi Bay available.」

「Our second tone here and we love the extra security when getting to your room. Great hotel. Staff friendliness was hit or miss this trip, everyone seemed overworked. We love the casino and the desserts, but coffee in the morning was a wait with only one member working all 4 days we were there, and room service we couldn’t get ahold of ever.」
