「Clean, friendly staff, convenient, free parking, and breakfast was really good with lots of variety. They also have airport shuttle to and from the airport free but please please please tip the driver. The driver of the shuttle has 20 jobs around the hotel she was the bartender, the cook, concierge, and everything you could imagine. She was very helpful and flexible all around. She really deserves a manager title and raise. Overall best hotel experience I’ve had in a while.」

「The room was clean and cleaned properly each day. We were not aware of the daily parking fee for self-parking which is a total rip-off. There are acres of parking. This is not a city hotel. We could simply have parked at an adjacent office building and saved $36. Also IG would have been nice to have a coffee bar in the lobby in the Norwich we have had at other Hilton’s.」

「You can’t beat the downtown location. The hotel has specious gathering areas with a lovely bar. Valet staff were exceptional.」

「The home was extremely comfortable for our family and perfectly positioned between The Factory and Downtown Franklin. I wish they would have had a least 6 towels stocked for our party of 3 so I didn’t have to do laundry during our short 2 night stay but that was the only slightly inconvenient part. This home will be a high contender to stay in again!!」

「The condo itself was clean, beautiful, and located in a safe area. The two-bedroom unit was well-appointed with quality furniture and appliances, and the welcome kit with coffee and snacks was a nice touch. Its location was also convenient—just a 4-minute drive from our church conference. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several operational issues. We were told that check-in instructions would be provided 30 minutes before arrival, but they never came. Upon arrival, I had to piece...
