気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
Had a reservation that was paid for, Friday-Monday. Our flight was cancelled so we got in Saturday morning at 8am, went to check in & they informed us that they gave our room for all 3 nights away due to a “no call no show”. It states that check in starts at 3 & ends whenever. We had a Morgan Wallen concert that Saturday night, we had no room, were exhausted from traveling. They did not care & had zero remorse, instead we were told “I don’t know why you’re so mad”. Luckily Expedia gave us a refund but since there was Morgan Wallen that night, all room prices were absolutely outrageous & we were not able to check in another hotel until 3. Ruined the whole trip
