「Just got back from a lovely weekend, it’s not posh but it’s fairly clean and comfortable, can’t complain for the price for 2 nights. Met some lovely people in the bar and the staff were all friendly. Thank you for having us. 」

「A great welcome after a long delayed trip. Our room was excellent, clean tidy with comfortable beds & quality bedding. Super large walk in shower room. Breakfast was superb. Staff very helpful & friendly. The location is perfect for a 10 minute walk into Barnstaple town centre along the promenade by the river. An excellent stay, shame it was only for one night. Highly recommend.」

「Great location, wonderful friendly staff, comfy beds, plenty of parking and great breakfasts. Only downside was the height of the bathroom ceiling, but we were in the loft space with a great view of the river.」

「The stay was incredibly relaxing and the room amazing. Sadly our safe remained broken the entire time. Shelby and Brendan were superb teachers for archery and axe throwing- we had so much fun! Highly recommend a visit」
