「We absolutely loved staying there. The original and authentic details of the old hospital was evident everywhere. Joanne, the innkeeper, was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made fresh every day We had a really great experience and would definitely return again!!」

「Our stay was very pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Laura and her team cook breakfast live in the kitchen every day. We had to leave early both days before breakfast time and Laura cooked breakfast for us 6 in the morning and even packed an extra breakfast sandwich for us to have on the way. Amazing people and nice homely environment.」

Hotels.com should NOT offer this place to stay when it is confirmed you get no help/immediate response. It was 7 pm at night, NOT the 10 pm advertised late check in.」

「Staying at this B&B is a pure treat! There is nowhere you could possibly find a better view. Ann Marie and Dane prepare wonderful breakfasts and great conversation and service. It is off the beaten path so if you love quiet and nature and beauty then this is the place for you. Be sure to leave time to enjoy the experience of being there. You will have regrets if you are just looking for a place to crash for a night. 」

「This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. 」
