「Room was dirty on arrival, pubic hairs in bed, no other rooms were not available, so had to leave and stay elsewhere. The receptionist was lovely but she was on her own could not help in anyway.
The website shows lovely clean rooms, but this was not the reality. I have started a claim for a refund but would never book to stay again」

「Room was the let down. Bed sheets were rough, supplied desk fan was useless. I left at 6 am to travel back to get my own fan. No air con so room was so hot at night. To much junk on bed. By the time extra cushions were taken off. Not much room to move about in the room. Bathroom ok. Toilet quite close to wall. ROOM 315. not a pleasant stay. Staff were helpful. Gave us Taxi numbers but taxis not great to get.」

「The lady who runs the hotel is great and can't be more helpfull. I stayed in a single room which was compact but enough for one person and it had a 3/4 bed which was nice.
For a clean, comfortable ensuite room within walking distance on the town the hotel is amazing value.
Breakfast was extra but well worth the additional £8」
