「Friendly and efficient staff. My room was clean and comfortable, but with one major problem: no room lighting apart from at the desk/dressing table and tiny bedhead reading lights. This is totally ridiculous, and it needs at least a standard lamp by the table & chairs. The evening meal was good.」

「My husband and I have just stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. What can i say about this hotel other than it is fabulous. Staff are very friendly, our room was very clean. We stayed in room 200 which is called The Flagship Suite. It was amazing, very welcoming from the radio playing in the background to a cool air from a fan. The bathroom is large as is the bath. 「The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the room was clean and pleasant with plenty of wardrobe / drawer space. The bed was really comfortable and the room was warm as the heating was on. I would have scored 100% but for a small leak on the shower cubicle bottom seal and the shaver/mirror light wouldn't work - nit picking really but shows this review is honest. Even so, overall far better than could be expected for the price.」
