「The outside of this property does not do it justice as it's rather shabby But the inside is perfect, clean, organised and stylish, the staff are lovely, the views are amazing from the balconies. Highly recommend. enjoyed our stay.」

「Easy to find with satnav with good vehicle access and parking. Set well back from a main road in a beautiful two acre garden, there was not traffic noise. Rooms were very well appointed and every detail carefuly thought out to make your stay perfect. Breakfast menu was exceptional with choices to suit even the fussiest person. Perfectly placed for anyone visiting the aviation museum. I will most certainly stay here again.」

「It's a little gem!! Lovely location in Lincolnshire, near enough for the main birdlife sites. Run by Emma and Mark, a super friendly couple. The garden room enables a great space to sit in and relax, away from the bedroom. Breakfast was super-tasty and just the right amount of food. Great little home from home. Would stay here again without hesitation.」

「This is the most amazingly thought out and thoughtful bnb my husband and I have ever stayed in with impressive touches like nespresso coffee maker, large supply of towels,food provisions, the list goes on! It is quiet and the upstairs bedroom has a lovely view of the countryside. Nice to have an efficient vacuum cleaner as I like to keep the place clean despite taking our shoes off before moving around the cottage especially important after going on long hikes close by.」
