A lovely guest house with friendly and welcoming hosts. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed and more. It was a quiet road which helped get a good nights sleep . Plenty of parking available just outside. The breakfast was excellent too. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!

Linda and Alan, are fantastic hosts nothing. It's too much trouble for them the rooms are so comfortable and well appointed plus lovely and quiet for a great night's sleep. Ideal location 5 minutes to the town. 5 minutes to the beach plus ample on free on street parking.

Perfect stay in Skegness

Lyndsay Guesthouse is in a very good location for Skegness seafront.The breakfast was very good and lots of choices. The bedroom was very roomy and bed was comfortable. Alan & Linda are very friendly hosts and welcomed us to their guesthouse.Would recommend

Amazing hosts, great location

Loved our stay here. We received a warm welcome from the hosts, the room was lovely with lots of personal touches throughout. The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious with lots of choice. The hotel is well placed with the town and beach only a couple of minutes walk away. We will absolutely be returning here in the near future.

Lyndsay Guest House

From the point of stepping through the front door to leaving, Alan and Linda could not have made our stay any better. Absolutely everything was catered for, even those bits and bobs you forget to take with you. It was a lovely stay and i would recommend to other travellers.

Very friendly hosts, help was there if you needed any, the room was very clean and well presented, We had a television, we had tea, coffee sugar, milk, biscuits, a sanitised toilet, an onsuite shower. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely choosing the same Guest house next year

Fantastic B&B

Excellent stay. Wonderful hosts. Absolutely loved the room, it had everything you could ever need. Lovely smelling clean bed linen. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Lots of different beverages and biscuits supplied in room. Very tasty breakfast, not greasy and homemade bread. Will be back and would definitely recommend. Brilliant. location.

Amazing B&B
