「The staff and housekeeping was wonderful, my husband and I just had an awful experience at a different hotel ( The Lions Gate) that night. So we had to find accommodations at a different hotel. I was so grateful to have found The Double Tree, and it was close by, since we had driven 12 hours from Arizona. The night manager was so gracious and was so understanding. I will be booking with them again in the future.」

「I booked on a third-party site and when I got there after I let them know that I was going to be checking in later. They downgraded me from a suite to a standard room very loud outside. There are bums and homeless people all over the place. Not what I expect from a five-star motel」

「Had good breakfast selection.」

「Awesome Hotel」

「This was an absolutely amazing place. We came for my birthday and it was wonderful. Definitely recommend.」
