「The property looks even better in-person. We booked the penthouse and we were blown away by how luxurious it was. Rhe arwa is secure and we felt safe the entire time. The only real downside was the Wi-Fi and the food delivery took way too long to arrive. The foid was really tasty though so that made up for the wait. Also there were hidden nightly fees so make sure to read the fine print before booking.」

「Checking in and out was a HORRIBLE experience. The hotel claimed we did not have a reservation even after giving them the booking number. I had to call the hotel.com office to sort out the entire mess. Upon check out, the hotel claimed non paynent even after viewing the receipts that stated 'paid'. Once again the hotle.com office had to be called. But the hotel itself would not answer their phone. The front desk has alot to learn about customer service. 」

「The spa was closed for the entire duration of our stay. The microwave, fridge, and lights in the guest toilets and the second bedroom ensuite were not working. When I escalated these issues, staff assured me they would be fixed the next day, but nothing was done. I ordered food through the kitchen service, but the order was sent to another room by their own error. 「 I reached out to property before posting this & got no reply. I contacted Expedia, they reached out to property & they refused any refund. They asked if I complained to the front desk, I did but that’s useless. Their Expedia ad claims they offer amenities that they don’t! 1. fridge is not full sized!!! it’s a dorm sized one. The freezer holds maybe 3 bottles of water. There is No room for groceries after adding drinks/water. The kitchen isn’t open like the pics, It’s small and closed...

「Unfortunately the staff doesn't have good customer service. I requested and paid for 3 rooms together and I was given 3 different rooms with different floors. We were supposed to stay together and they refused to accommodate my request. And the staffs have nonchalant attitudes.
