「Oda da temizlik yapilmasini istemeniz halinde temizlik yapiliyor ve bunun bilgisi verilmedi ve biz de cok dikkat etmedik. Gayet guzel, keyifli bir otel. Son derece memnun kaldik. Hizmet kalitesi gayet basarili zira bir seye ihtiyac duymaniz halinde hemen yardimci oluyorlar.」

「Das Hotel ist sehr sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr groß(Suite) und sehr sauber. 」

「The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. The day was hot and when the AC didn't work, we called and they told us AC is centrally controlled and is not started until beginning of June. We opened...

「Staff are reception desk were exceptional. One in particular, from memory her name was Sergi, or something similar. She helped me with taxi, restaurant and sites to see in Trabzon and surrounding region.」
