「ホテル周辺の中でこのホテルはとても目立ち、カジノもある為ゴージャスな印象で良いホテルでした。 部屋の中のインテリアや洗面台なども美しく、気分が上がるお部屋でした。 コーヒーメーカーやお水のペットボトルもあり、快適でした。 滝までの距離も、歩いて15分くらいだったので、特に問題なく各ビュースポットを歩いて散策出来ました。 ただ残念だったことが、部屋の清掃が行き届いていなかったので、ゴミがいくつか残っていました。 たまたまかよも知れませんが、その点を除けばお勧め出来るホテルだと思います。」

「Amazing customer service, super clean, everyone was so helpful. I felt like everyone here was smiling and so warm which made us feel so welcomed. This is rare in today's hotel industry. We travel a lot and really enjoyed our stay here. My kids left their bathing suits in the bathroom and the post and found gentleman has someone grab them for us so they were at the front desk. 「We love it's proximity to the river and the fact that we have a wonderful view of it from the window in our room (we request the same room every time). Also being able to walk to the water in just a minute or two is the best thing ever! The place is so peaceful and quiet inside and out, and just provides the most relaxing atmosphere, with places to sit outside and enjoy nature. 「Then hotel was very clean and orderly. Nice touches everywhere. The hotel offers two dining options: one more laid-back and the other an upscale restaurant. Both are very nice. The room was lovely. This is our new go-to hotel in Western New York. Yay!!! 」
