「新しいホテルで外観も綺麗なのですが、新しいせいか従業員のミスやエクスぺディアとの契約条件の勘違いも 多く残念なホテルです。 1つ目　空港からの送迎無料とありますが、有料でした。それも普通のレートの倍以上の金額です。ホテル側の言い分を聞くとエクスぺディアとは送迎の手配はするが、無料という契約はしていないとのことでした。エクスぺディアの条件には空港からの送迎無料と書いてあります。 2つ目　チェックイン時にデポジットとして１０万ナイアの預け金をカードで行いました。チェックアウト時に現金で払うからキャンセルしてくれと頼むと、それはできないの一点張りで余った分は現地のお金で振り込むということでした。カードだと換金レートが悪く、日本に帰る時なので、現地のお金も必要なく最悪でした。」

「This hotel will give the likes of Sheraton a run for their money. This,should really be a Five Star Hotel. The complimentary breakfast is a combination of the likes of Nigerian and Western delicacies. I enjoyed the 10th floor roof top restaurant the best. There you can catch a view of almost the entire Ikeja in the horizon. There's a roof top swimming pool that's lighted at night. There's another world class restaurant on the groud floor. My favorite on the menu is their Penne Chicken Alfredo...

「Love the hotel. But they decided to do some work at night and that really messed up my sleep. After complaining they figured it out. But overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very safe, clean and hospitable. This is where I will be staying whenever I’m in Lagos. 」
