「Only 1 elevator location in the entire facility....some difficulty getting to our far-away rooms. Only entry allowed through the front main entrance which meant go up the one elevator location and walk to the extremities of the building if that is where your room is located. Get a room near the elevator! Staff and housekeeping were very accommodating. Parking for the most part is far away from the entrance. Again, with only one entrance, close parking spots were generally not available. ...

「The outside looked nice, the inside was not quite the same. Only one working elevator at the time which left us waiting several times to get back to the room (while we had a ton of luggage).. and unfortunately watched staff use it while clients waited. The night time crew was not helpful in anyway shape or form, didn’t seem like he could be bothered and the little “mart” had nothing in it, no bottled water. Used the suggested site to retrieve my vehicle from valet and waiting 45 minutes before...
