"Great view! Great food and restaurant choices and snack bars. Staff was very helpful, had lots of fun in the hot tubs…however the main club/bar closed 2hrs early and that was very disappointing tbh even though when I checked in they said they stayed open till at least 1:30-2am, but that night they closed at 11:30, and it was a Friday which was interesting when the bar was popping and the live band was doing great and engaging with the crowd."

"Evening staff and bartenders are great. Daytime staff were rude and condescending. I asked for a late check out instead of a simple "no, I'm sorry". She went on a condescending rant and smirked informing me how many guests were there and how everyone was asking and they were telling everyone no. The elevators are a joke. Only three work and take forever. Parking is non-existent. The lower lobby is completely roped off. The toilet flapper was broken. There was a rotten apple under the bed. No cookies every time we checked. Showerhead was moldy. Housekeeping switched out towels but forgot to replace the washcloths and hand towels. If you call the front desk for any amenitie (coffee pods, towels, etc.), they tell you to come downstairs and get it yourself. All of these things are not what you'd expect from a high end downtown hotel. It's giving more low budget motel vibes. The barista at the Starbucks downstairs is sweet but every order takes at least 20-30 minutes. Been staying here for the last 3 years for tournaments at the convention center. This will be my last. It has progressively gone downhill for the last 3 years. "
