「スタッフは対応が冷たかった 早口の英語で説明をされてもわからない。 助けてくださいと、言っているのに助けてもらえなかった 」

「The hotel has plenty to offer. The only downside was no Aircon on a particularly hot evening and the inability to open the windows wide enough to let any air in. There was a fan provided but it didn't have the power to make a difference. Otherwise a good venue.」

「Stayed here while visiting Coventry for a a concert little bit of a way out but we're able to get an uber to take us in and out. Check in was very late at 3pm and we were not able to use pool etc because we were not checked in as guests . This meant we had to get changed in a bathroom as we were heading in to town at 2 pm Room was lovely large and clean ,bath and shower to choose from Very good breakfast the next day ,very busy due to events on day before but there was plenty to choose from...

「We had a disappointing stay unfortunately. The hotel room was quite a trek from the lifts. The room didn't have any tea/coffee/milk and when we did go to make a hot drink one of the mugs had already been used. I found this out at about 10/11pm and on phoning reception they first asked if we would come to them to collect clean mugs and no apology. I also had to phone reception to obtain the free WiFi password as they had forgotten to write it on the card. At breakfast we were told to wait while...
