「The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...

「The staff was excellent, they go out of their way to be friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a lot of action, stay somewhere else, this place has a very laid back vibe. Never had to wait for a lounge by the pool or on the beach. I was looking for a place to snorkel without going on an excursion, and this fit the bill. There are coral reefs right in front of the place.」

「Everything was good the food staff was very friendly even when the hurricane was blowing they make sure we all get take care even when the hotel get lots of badly damaged they still make us feel well come catalonia is the best i will come again when they rebuild 」
