"The atmosphere has become younger since the leadership changed from the previous generation to the new one. However, I feel it’s not good that employees seem to be waiting passively. It would be better if they took more initiative, stayed organized, and worked together as a team to take care of the guests. This sense of teamwork felt weaker compared to the previous owner. My wife said the new bed was very comfortable, and I agree. Also, although I understand that the tap water is drinkable, it would be great if you could provide complimentary bottled water in the refrigerator every night for the number of guests staying. There is no shop in the lobby to buy small items like bananas or snacks, and there aren’t any nearby stores either, which is inconvenient. In addition, there is no spin dryer for swimsuits, which makes things quite difficult. If these points could be improved, I think the hotel would feel even cleaner, more comfortable, and the overall atmosphere—which is already getting better—would improve even more. Thank you so much!"
