「We just enjoyed the best two nights here! We loved learning about the history of the Inn and the place is so well preserved. The innkeeper and chef were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was so delicious both mornings. The location was great as well. Almost everywhere we wanted to go regardless of the direction was 15-20 minutes away. There was an amazing pizza place right around the corner that we would definitely suggest going to. We highly recommend this inn and will surely be...

「This is a lovely place to stay in Charlottesville. The rooms and lobby are fantastic. We enjoyed the arboretum behind the hotel. The staff is helpful and I love the ability to text requests. The food was a bit disappointing this time compared to previous stays. Nobody staffing the espresso machine and no other options close by. Breakfast was pricey and mediocre. 」

「Huge well appointed room. Incredible breakfast. Host was very accommodating to guest needs, as many of us had to be up early for UVA graduation. She made to-go breakfasts for everyone with fresh muffins, yogurt, fresh cut fruit. Lovely overall experience. Nice not to be in the center of town near Grounds. Very easy access when you do.」

「Lovely hotel! We were in Charlottesville for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The lobby area/conservatory is so beautiful. I also loved how the hotel is steps away from a charming promenade of streets and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself in Charlottesville for another occasion. 」

「The shower was very small and hard to regulate the temperature in the room using the thermostat. Couldn’t seem to get it just right. Either was too hot or too cold. Didn’t see any instructions on to contact the front desk if needed. There was no microwave in my room. Size of the room was very nice and the staff was friendly.」
