チャンディーガルの四つ星ホテル

「I had a restful night.」

「部屋が寒い」

「Very good stay inspite of ongoing construction. Great rooms and overall hospitality. Much recommended.」

「全体的に古い印象でした。価格はリーズナブルなので現地人の利用が多いです。これといった不満は無いのですが、出張で1泊の利用だったので部屋が広すぎて少し使いづらかったです。」

「We stayed here at the wedding ceremony of our cousin. The place was very well maintained and the rooftop place was amazing too」

「good」

「Clean room, a little small, but ok, nice shower, very nice and helpfull staff, good food, nice roof top restaurant & bar. Market with nice shops (books, fine clothes & computer) and small restaurants nearby. Quiet and spacefull places under huge baniantrees with lots of birds & squirls...」

「We booked our stay of 2 days before and after our trip to Manali. Bothe times the rooms were not up to the standard of a 4* hotel. Poorly maintained and shabby. Staff reluctant to change room or help. Very disappointed.」

「As soon I check in I change my hotel because didn’t feel safe at all there also wasn’t clean I waste my money」

「All bad, dirty rooms, poor service」

「Overall good stay 」

「Rooms charging plugs weren’t working, and same in shower just one towel and after check out staff was calling me for laundry bill. Even i didn’t give anything to laundry. After 4 hours they called me back and told me bill was for another room. It’s horrible experience at this hotel」

「Very good quite and relaxing environment Great staff Clean Good and fantastic fresh food」

「Location of the hotel was good. The bad experience at the time of check-in as they insist for advance payment of entire amount unlike other hotels of same category. Also this practice was not there when it was run under name of Park Plaza. Very unprofessional attitude at least with regular visitor.」
