「フロントで有名レストランの予約をお願いしたら、フロントでは電話できないで部屋から自身でやるように言われた。それがこのホテルの規則らしい。信じられない。部屋のバスルームはまるで中国の田舎ホテルのような雑然さ。これで4つ星ホテルとは到底考えられない。2つ星レベルが相応。」

「Great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Beautiful, walkable area. I would stay again! Only downside is Parking is slightly inconvenient as its not on the property but about 1-2 blocks away. If its busy its tricky to park for check in. 」

「城の雰囲気が残る素敵なホテルでゆっくりと流れる時間を楽しむことができました。ディナーはローカルなメニューでとても美味しかったです。少し中心から離れますが駅から1A/1B のバスでPiazza Fontana下車。Scena通りを登り徒歩3分ぐらいでした。スタッフも皆親切で安心して滞在できました。英語も通じます。」

「Angenehm ruhiges Hotel in toller Lage. Wir sind mit Bus und Bahn angereist. Nah zum Bahnhof und zu Fuß praktisch zu erreichen, aber trotzdem ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Service, tolles Frühstück. Perfekt zum Entspannen! Wir haben das Hotel vor allem wegen des Wellnessangebots gebucht, was sich ausgezahlt hat. Sauna und Pool sind modern und überall im Hotel ist es herausragend sauber. Wir würden wiederkommen. 」

「I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work but thankfully it wasn’t too hot and I left the windows cracked open during the night for cool air. I’m sure it was my user error & wouldn’t count this as a negative for the hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again! 」

「We booked this hotel for a family vacation. Positives: Room was nice and spacious, the pool indoor/outdoor was nice, breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff and helpful. Nice area if you like to be around nature. Negatives: Found the bed to be not completely comfortable. Dinner was good but perhaps not worth the price. We found some spots in the city we preferred that were much more affordable. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, we had a very nice stay and would consider...

「Es sind die vielen kleinen Dinge, eben auch der Zustand der deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung, die nicht mehr zeitgemäße Auswahl am Frühstücksbüffet usw. der keinesfalls mehr eine vier Sterne Superior Bewertung zulässt. Drei Sterne wären vielleicht noch vertretbar」
