「We stayed at the Grand Hyatt from Thursday-Sunday for a birthday celebration in a grand corner suite. The property was very clean with several options for food, a nice pool area, & a rooftop bar/lounge. My friend went downstairs looking for somewhere to warm food we had gotten earlier & a staff member literally brought a microwave up to our suite for us to use. Now that's customer service!」

「I think the hotel could use some updating especially for the rooms. But outside of that the staff was good. Breakfast is over charged I think. See basic cereal for $10 was wild to me. But outside of that it was good. Really enjoyed the conscience of having a charging station for my car since we drove. 」

「I think this place is the perfect location within walking distance to most places. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. However the cleanliness of the units could be improved a lot. Bathroom/ shower had dirt and dust on the floor and previous occupants hair on the shower walls. 」

「The elevator took forever after we hit the button and we stayed on the 25th floor. 」
