"The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was dirt in the corners and the hair dryer handle was so gross I didn’t even want to touch it. Made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly. I wanted to switch rooms or at least get it cleaned when I arrived, but they refused both. Their policy is no room cleaning for stays under 8 days, which is ridiculous. The real problems were the shower and heating. The shower was impossible to use comfortably because it would swing between scalding hot and freezing cold with no in-between temperature. The room heating maxes out at 23°C, and even then my thermometer showed it wasn’t reaching that. This is in the middle of winter. I ended up calling Expedia customer service to complain. All I got out of it was a small voucher, which doesn’t really make up for dealing with these conditions for my entire stay. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because one of the receptionists was genuinely helpful and professional. He’s the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"
