「Excellent hotel in a great area. 」

「This hotel is very good value. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there are good places to eat within walking distance. I found an excellent restaurant a few blocks away called Champaneria, on a rooftop with a nice view and excellent food. There was a minor problem checking in. Although I’d booked a Superior room through Expedia, some agency called “Arktur” (yet another middle man) had put me in a Standard Twin. 「旧市街の中心部にあり、近くにスーパーマーケットやスタローバヤもあり便利な立地でした。廊下にウォーターサーバーがあったのがありがたかったです。部屋には湯沸かしあり。Wi-Fiは問題なく繋がりました。快適な滞在でした。」

「Generally, good. The staff were friendly and helpful and let me check in early. I was also impressed that there was an air raid plan - most hotels here don't bother. The main drawbacks were the lack of power outlets in the room (shocking, in a modern hotel, that there was nowhere for me to plug in my laptop) and the lack of climate control (window sealed, AC/heat did not respond any change in settings).」

「Hotel was perfect, staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Had an air raid in the middle of night but nothing to worry about, breakfast was a lovely buffet. Would definitely stay again.」

「This is a clean hotel with large rooms. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The biggest challenge staying here is there are two windows up high in certain rooms and there is no way to darken the room. The roll down screens for the windows are see-through so it does not block the light at all. If I stayed here again, I would certainly make sure I did not get one of these type of rooms as they have other types. I would give 7 or 8 out of 10 for this reason. 」

「This place is incredible. The room was huge, the view was amazing and the location is in the most exciting part of the city. The lady who checked me in was so sweet and very helpful. When i checked out thete was another girl working who was also very nice. They also spoke perfect English which was comforting to me. I highly recommend this Hotel and i highly recommend visiting the beautiful city of Lviv. 」
