「このホテルは全室禁煙だ。しかしベランダ付きの13室だけは、ベランダで タバコが吸える。ヘビースモーカーの私には大変嬉しいです。さらにベランダ付きは6階と7階。今回私は最上階の7階でした。 見晴らしも良く満足しました。 さらに、4つ星とは思えないほど、清掃が行き届いていた。スタッフの対応も良かった。そして、旧市街の側と言うロケーションも最高でした。」

「とても快適なホテルでした。掃除も行き届いており、朝食のビュッフェもしっかりとしていました。ショッピングセンターにも近いので、長期の滞在でも全く問題ありません。 廊下に絵が展示されていて、値札がついていました。　たぶん、買って帰ることができるのでしょう。荷物が少なければ、買って帰りたいものが何点かありました。次回は、絵の購入のことも考えます。」

「It's my second stay at this hotel and I just love it. There is so much attention to design detail, with everything from quirky options of messages to leave on your door for housekeeping, to local books left in your room, in case you need a good read. Everything is in top condition, and for something rated as three-star, it has everything a much more highly rated hotel delivers, including a fully stocked mini-bar. The restaurant is good and has a nice outlook. The young staff are very polite...

「We got a small room in the heart of Downtown. It was clean and cozy. Bedsheets were fresh. Shower a bit tight, but clean and did the job. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants, walking distance to historic places. Overall, it was a great stay for the price.」

「Our friends booked the place for their wedding. We stayed overnight in the hotel on the third floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the grounds were well-maintained and beautifully-lush. Our only caution if you are considering this venue is that the rooms are not sound-proofed and you may need to pay for your room in cash (their card reader was down when we all checked-in). As for the area, the venue is a resort and fairly isolated, so be prepared to drive or cab anywhere else.」

「部屋はとても清潔で、ケトルやアメニティも揃っていました。フロントの方も親切丁寧で素晴らしい対応でした。低層階でしたが、唯一エレベーターがなかった点が不便に感じる方も居るのかと思いました。朝食はバイキング形式で種類豊富で美味しかったです。滞在2日目の朝チェックアウトがとても早く朝食が食べられなかったのですが、その分お弁当を用意していただきました。感動しました。 レストランが近くにあったので、便利でした。 またリヴィウに行く際は利用したいです。」

「It was a very nice hotel to stay at. The girls at the front desk where 10's very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staff were great. The only down that I could think of would be the bed was harder than I prefer. The air raid siren was a rude awakening but the staff was very helpful when asked where to go.」

「The breakfast had an amazing variety of food. All of it delicious. The room was great, although too warm at times. However we had a door to the balcony to cool down. The staff were helpful and welcoming. Perfect place to base our visit to Lviv. 」
