「I give my stay 5 stars, BUT this is at best a 3 star hotel. It’s an older building they’ve put lipstick on. Having said that, if you need something that’s decent, it fits the bill and is very easy to get to off the highway. Older reviews mentioned bad drainage in the bathtubs, I was on 9th floor, it was good. Staff I interacted with was friendly. 「First, the hotel offers a basic but quality breakfast that includes bread, fruit, cereal, French fries, scrambled eggs, and a variety of drinks. The view of the streets from the rooms and balconies is lovely. The hotel is adjacent to downtown Ottawa, so you can visit the Byward Market, Parliament Hill, the University of Ottawa, etc easily on foot. This hotel was perfect for me.」

「Located in the heart of downtown, it's a great location for shopping and dining. The room was clean and large enough to open my luggage even with a large carry case. The windows can also be opened for ventilation, allowing you to breathe in clean air. There is a large parking lot, so it is recommended for those who come by car.」
