「Fabulous location near to the centre of town, great free shuttle service to and from the ski lift. Room was clean and comfortable and although there were groups of children staying at the hotel, it was very quiet at night. Good shower and plenty of space in the room. Great choice for breakfast and lovely bar/lounge area to relax. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff who were very friendly. 」

「Parking , donc bien . Ascenseur donc bien . Chambre correcte donc bien . Spa (bien mais en panne ce jour là donc dommage )= j’étais un peu déçu Pour manger le soir : les restos sont devant et à 5 min au plus loin . Petit déjeuner : excellent , varié en pains en boissons , même des blocs de miels avec les alvéoles … Foncez 」

「ちょっと掃除用具置き場のような臭いのする部屋、トイレは外からお尻が丸見えで、冷蔵庫は無い。同じ料金で朝食・ディナー付を予約したのにＢ＆Ｂになっていた。仕方なく外に食べに行ったがリストランテはどこも満席。パンの買い置きがなかったら飢え死にしていた。スキーロッカーに南京錠が付いているが全部鍵はない。朝食ブッフェは良く言えばハム、チーズ、ゆで卵と必要最低限のものは揃っている。ＷｉＦｉは1日€2。スキーインできるような表記だったがしっかり歩かされる上帰りは上り坂。」

「De flesta bilderna på hotels.com var från systerhotellet Torres och inte från Grand Hotel vilket gjorde oss riktigt besvikna eftersom det varken fanns bastu, pool, pjäxförråd eller mysig bar. Hotelpersonalen pratar inte engelska och under vår vistelse var det mängder av skolklasser på hotellet och väggarna har begränsad ljudisolering. Innan vistelsen försökte vi få tag på hotellet under 3 månader och telefonnumret på hotels.coms bekräftelse är inte i bruk och ingen svarar på e-mail på hotellet....

「This hotel was very comfortable to stay in with friendly and accommodating staff. The included breakfast was fine, not sure about the dinners as we chose to eat out. The room was clean and very comfortable for the week. Pool table, ping pong and table football all well appreciated by the teens we had on the ski trip. Easy to walk to Clotes lift and you are right in the village. Bring ear plugs for party nights in the town - but we only heard noise on 1-2 nights and it wasn't bad. Good skis...

「This hotel is very nice, but pricey. The room was comfortable, clean and with a nice view. The location is perfect: 200m from the main chairlift and about the same distance from the city center. Personnel was kind and keen. Breakfast was good. However, we were three adults in a room that was clearly for two people (at the most two adults and a kid). One big queen bed and a small single bed almost attached to the main bed. A bit annoying considering the amount of money spent.」

「Ældre hotel, kedelig indreting. Værelse stor og god plads til ting. Morgenmad - acceptabel , kedelig brød Aftensmad - fint udvalg, men ofte lidt smagsløse retter. Garage med stejl indkørsel, inden ordentlig snerydning, måtte bruge snekæder for at komme op . Charmerende personale i restauranten, de gjorde det meget godt. 」

「very friendly hotel kept very clean by the hosts. breakfast is a cold buffet with good selection and service . rooms are small and could probably do with updating but doesn’t distract from the stay. location is excellent, right next to the main Clotes lift and 5 minute walk from the village centre.」
