"Staff: very friendly. They are very responsive to my questions. I managed to ask for pick up service just several hours before my arrival. They are able to entertain my request. At the property, staff is very friendly. I feel at home. Location: the onsen hotel is near utsumi station. There is a free pick up service from the station. A wonderful sea view from the room. Can walk along the coast anytime. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. But we chose to dine in at the hotel. Cleanliness and size : clean and spacious. The hotel probably spends a lot of money on the maintenance. The hotel looks very grand but at the same time looks very ‘japanese’. I have been to many onsen hotels and I would say this one is the best at this reasonable price! Highly recommended if you go to Nagoya "

"hotel was easy to book online for a last minute stay. 10 minute drive to NGO airport. train station is abiut a 3 min walk away with a food market, restaurants and mini shopping. taxi availability right outside train station w/ bus shuttle options"

"Stayed for F1 2025. Clean and tidy. The restaurant which is part of the hotel was supposedly closed to public despite people eating so had to walk out to other places to eat."
