"There was nothing I didn't like. Location was perfect - five minute walk to train station, two minute walk to supermarket, five minute cycle to river and museum. The hotel provided the bicycle for free! The room was comfortable and well equipped. The hotel has laundry facilities for guest use and a microwave on each floor. I got the extra pillow I asked for, no problem. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, and restaurant staff were charming."

"朝食、夕食付きは珍しい。朝食は早朝から込み合うが夕食は空いており、ちゃんとした定食が出てきました。部屋はトイレの建付けが良くなかったが、清潔感はありました。風呂ですが熱めでよい感じでしたがお湯がなかなか出て来ず1,2分は待ちます。駐⁠車場は8時頃に行くと周辺は満車で駅向かいまで行く必要がありました。最後にスタッフの接客は親切丁寧で何も問題ありませんでした。"

"Convenient to tokaname station. Decent sized rooms. Only real cons were that if you have a longer stay, there is no garbage collection and noisy guests in the other rooms. Comfortable and clean place to stay"
