"Check in was good. Public areas a bit tatty and in need of updating. Staff were helpful and friendly. Beds fairly comfortable and clean. Room was quiet. Bathroom was not well cleaned- floor was grubby and dirty marks on wall and bin. Cleaner hadn’t restocked coffee/ tea containers either. Shower gel bottle broken as well. :("

"The property is set on a well maintained estate. The area is quiet and we felt incredibly safe. The property is undergoing some maintenance in some areas- just painting and decorating- however this didn’t detract from the charm and uniqueness this place holds. "A stone's throw from the airport with a comfy bed to stay in the night before an early flight. I can only comment on the comfort of the bed and the room as we arrived late and they had already stopped serving food "

"Smooth check in Advised to change room from suite where sofa bed not appropriate for kids to double room. Very honest input from Mohammed at check out. Gave lots of options. Room had poor AC control though, room for some rea9 was really hot. Luckily had a fan in the room. Breakfast decent. Electric charging point x 1, short cable so had to adjust car. Uses bp pulse app. Extended check out at £10 per hour. I feel this should be free in non busy periods. "

"We stayed only one night very close to the airport for our flight the following morning. When we checked in it stated that the room was standard, I had booked a superior (this may not be the correct terminology) this was quickly corrected though the room we were given was quite clearly set for one person as there was only one robe, one pair of slippers, one bottle of water etc! The room however was more than acceptable!"
