「The room itself was fine, pretty clean. However, there were a couple things that made our experience less than satisfactory. First of all, our shower did not work. There was no water coming out no matter what we did. There were also a couple black moldy areas in the grout. Second, there was no sound proofing in the room; we could hear the shower coming from the room beside us as well as the laundry room from a couple doors down. Third, the heater in our room took a little troubleshooting....

「The room was dirty, the staff are ridiculously rude and unwelcoming. The staff make it look like the guest stress them out for no reason. Bathtub was dirty with hair on the floors. The parking lot is always full in the night. Pigeons live in the car park and leave feces all over the car park and cars. Very unsatisfied.」
