「We had a great time, the place is located in the middle of the forest. Rooms spacious and with views over the mountains. Local food was great. Shuttel service to the skiing resort in Areh is very convenient. You can also ski close to the hotel (5 min walk).」

Great place to use as an HQ while doing daytrips to other places (like Ptuj). After we complained, and they gave us another single room, and on the 3rd time that we went back to the reception they gave us a room with 2 single beds. 「Die Jufa Hotels sind einfache sehr kinderfreundliche Hotels. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls einfach, aber sehr gut und wird immer wieder neu befüllt. Für Kinder sind auch direkt beim Hotel ein paar Tiere zum Streicheln. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht.」

「Im September 2023 waren wir zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel. Es sind nun mehr als neun Zimmer, denn sie haben kräftig gebaut. Inzwischen gibt es auch ein Pool und ein kleiner Paar. Als wir ankamen war das Bett noch nicht gemacht und auch das Bad war nicht richtig gereinigt. Die Dame an der Rezeption hatte für alles zu sorgen und war massiv überfordert. Einzig das Essen war sehr gut. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedoch nicht mehr aufsuchen weil die Qualität dermassen nachgelassen hat. 」

「Wir waren mit dem Gesamtpaket in diesem Hause mehr als zufrieden. Die Familie Moosmann mit ihren Mitarbeitenden waren sehr kompetent, aufmerksam, freundlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch die guten Tipps für Tagesausflüge und das Organisieren eines Buschenschankbesuchs haben Freude gemacht. Insgesamt 10 Tage, die wir uneingeschränkt genießen konnten.
