At check-in, the person at the reception, a short man with a beard and grey hair, was a bit grumpy. Our reservation was for 1 couple and 1 child, but according to him it was for only 1 couple and he was apparently irritated that it would be necessary to make another bed in the room (detail: it was just "transforming" the sofa into a bed). The other staff are friendly and helpful. The advertisement says that the hotel has swimming pools, but in reality the pool is a public space; what the hotel offers is entry to the pool, which is already included in the reservation. Breakfast is good, but after 9am you always have to request something, because they don't refill the breakfast without asking.

Fin service från personalen. Emilio med kollega får 5 plus. Hotellet och rummen är tyvärr rätt slitna. Inte så bra öppettider på restaurang/baren som stänger 20:00/22:00. Maten var en buffé med ett litet urval och kvaliten var godkänd. Plus i kanten för att dom promotar lokaltillverkat öl/vin som smakade bra. Nästan ingen AC att tala om. Poolområdet som finns tillgängligt verkar tillhöra en camping. I poolområdet fanns även en kiosk, men där kan man bara handla med kontanter. Biljard var inte gratis att spela. Kostar 2euro per omgång (2x1 euro). Plus för sporthallen som jag och min son spelade fotboll & basket i. Överlag 2,5 i betyg.

*) perfekte Möglichkeit zum Übernachten auf dem Weg nach Süden *) individuelle Wünsche wurden super berücksichtigt (Babybett, Wasserkocher) *) Frühstück war gut, extrem toll war der Kinderspielraum neben dem Frühstücksraum - wir waren begeistert! *) besonders erwähnen wollen wir die Hoteldirektorin, die sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert hat!

Ruhige Lage am Stadtrand

Hotel verfügt über genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze vor dem Eingang bzw. in der nahen Umgebung, Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet, gute etwas härtere Matratze, Badezimmer verfügt über Föhn sowie Shampoo-spender in der Dusche. bei Doppel-Zimmer mit Balkon hat man einen Ausblick auf den angrenzenden Teich mit Enten und schattenspenden Bäumen... eigentlich sehr ruhige Lage, da sich das Hotel am Stadtrand befindet. Frühstück entspricht 3 Sterne...es wird regelmäßig nachgelegt...Terrassenplatz für Frühstück ist gegeben Tipp für hervorragendes Backhendl: ca 2,5km (allerdings ca 100 Meterhöhe) entfernt in Frauenberg beim "Moser Kirchenwirt" mit schöner Panoramablick-Terrasse..

Für Kurzaufenthalt sehr geeignet! Servicedame war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Sauberkeit eher durchschnittlich. Geräuschpegel aus den anderen Zimmern relativ hoch.
