「Need to have AC on in rooms before we arrive. I had to run AC all night and it turned it self off. I was told I could not add water to my room, had to pay by card. Have you had Sarasota tap water? One elevator running and lots of traffic on the second floor at night. Bed was nice and shower was great. 」

「This is a charming historic hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again. 」

「Our overall stay was among the worst I've experienced. From check in to check out. The staff was indifferent and couldn't care less about your concerns. The place was under construction and work was noisy from 6 am.until late evening. Pools were overly crowded with teenagers there for a baseball tournament and not properly supervised. The staff did nothing. The teenagers were rowdy, pushing other's in , jumping, diving and running around making it impossible for others to enjoy themselves and...

「It’s like hitting the jackpot! My daughter and I stayed there to attend a ballet audition and during the stay, we both received an excellent service from the staff. The breakfast is great as well and very close to the airport and ballet studio. I recommend this place!」
